FREE Metabolic Effect Taster Session

Metabolic Effect training is a new concept to most people, but with proven effectiveness it may be set to be the exercise of the future!
The training system was designed in the United States by two biochemists, who also happened to be qualified personal trainers. They combined the latest research in endocrinology with a focus on changing the fat burning hormone response to diet and exercise. Research has shown that after the metabolic effect exercise class, fat burning can continue for hours, sometimes days. By changing hormonal responses to fat burning rather than simply eating less or exercising more, the body naturally regulates fat burning, appetite, and mood. Motivation for exercise is enhanced while cravings for food are reduced!
In this class you will be encouraged to reach your physical maximum. You will have to force yourself to rest, rest completely, and then do it again!
The classes are an intense 30 minute workout of hybrid exercises designed to challenge the whole body and burn fat. An alternative approach to counting calories to achieve weight loss! The outcome of all exercise is not alike and metabolic effect exercise is designed to alter your hormonal response to fat burning.
This cutting edge exercise class is truly a fantastic opportunity to see for yourself the life changing effects of metabolic effect training. If your hectic lifestyle leaves you with only time for one activity, this is the one it should be!

This programme will equip you with professional coaching tools and exercise strategies to enable you to make positive lifestyle changes to build a healthy lifestyle. Achieve and maintain weight loss, take control in your relationship with food and gain the freedom to enjoy the life you desire and deserve.
Apple Tree Wellbeing and Vital Spark Life Coaching are experts in their relevant fields and recognise that we are all unique and face different challenges during our journey to achieve our healthy life goals. Therefore, this programme is specifically designed to create a unique Healthy Life Coaching experience for each and every member. We promise complete confidentiality in a friendly non-judgemental environment.
You will learn:
- to set realistic, achievable healthy life goals
- how negative health habits are formed and how to transform them into new empowering ones
- strategies to overcome blocks to your progress and keep motivated on your journey
- to understand and take control of your relationship with food
- how to exercise properly, at your pace, to achieve your personal fitness goals
- to take control of your life and enjoy every day now and in the future.
Just what you are looking for? The sessions will be running at Apple Tree Wellbeing starting in September.
Members can block book 4 weeks in advance for £40 or pay on the door at £15 per session. This programme covers many aspects of Healthy Life Coaching and therefore is delivered in a 4-week rolling format with different topics/tools covered every week.
