"Exercise" is a word that is very unpopular with many people. Perhaps it brings back thoughts of cold days on a sports field or being last in every event on Sports Day! Exercise really means being active and that it is something we all want to be for as long as possible.
At Apple Tree Wellbeing we want to bring the fun back to exercise and to give our clients the satisfaction of reaching their fitness goals. Everyone, whatever their medical history, has the capacity to improve their level of fitness, but exercise is not a 'one method suits all' application. That is why we listen to the needs of our clients, assess their current fitness levels and take into account their lifestyle when we draw up a personal regime for them.
Apple Tree Wellbeing's personal trainers specialise in tailoring training schemes to individuals, small groups looking to train together, expectant and new mums and those suffering from medical conditions.
Get Fit with Friends
Training sessions for up to three people.
Know you should get fitter, but lack the motivation? Feel self conscious about exercise when you know you need to "lose a few pounds"? Worry that everyone else in the gym will be super fit? Talk regularly with your friends about being more active?
Apple Tree Wellbeing knows just how you feel, which is why we offer "small group" training as well as 1:1 training. Why not come with one or two friends and train together? You will find the exercise you dread can be fun and, let's face it; a little competition between friends can be very rewarding!
